The workshop follows the patter n of meetings such as Women in Machine Learning (W iML) or Women in Engineering (WIE) that have been taking place for quite a few years. Women are chr onically underrepresented in the LiCS community. T he workshop will provide an opportunity for women in the field to increase awareness of one another and one another's work, to combat the feeling of i solation. It will also provide an environment wher e women can present to an audience comprising most ly women, replicating the experience that most men have at most LiCS meetings, and lowering the stre ss of the occasion; we hope that this will be part icularly attractive to early-career women. Previou s versions of Women in Logic (Reykjavik, Iceland 2 017 and Oxford, UK 2018) were very successful in s howcasing women's work and as catalysts for recogn ition of the need for change in the community. Co ntributions should be written in English and can b e submitted in the form of full papers (with a max imum of 10 pages), short papers (with a maximum of 5 pages), or talk abstracts (1 page). Our extende d program committee tries to cover most areas of L ogic in Computer Science. These include but are no t limited to the usual Logic in Computer Science ( LICS) topics. We are ho lding the third Women in Logic Workshop (WiL 2019) as a LICS associated workshop on 23 June 2019. Th e workshop follows the pattern of meetings such as Women in Machine Learning (WiML) or Women in Engi neering (WIE) that have been taking place for quit e a few years.
\n\nWomen are chronically u nderrepresented in the LiCS community. The worksho p will provide an opportunity for women in the fie ld to increase awareness of one another and one an other's work, to combat the feeling of isolation. It will also provide an environment where women ca n present to an audience comprising mostly women, replicating the experience that most men have at m ost LiCS meetings, and lowering the stress of the occasion; we hope that this will be particularly a ttractive to early-career women. Previous versions of Women in Logic (Reykjavik, Iceland 2017 and Ox ford, UK 2018) were very successful in showcasing women's work and as catalysts for recognition of t he need for change in the community.
