On the other hand, the area of foundations of multi-agent systems is inducing new developments in logics of interaction and informa tion dynamics, with a recent trend towards compari son and integration. Analyzing the impact of this trend on communication and dialogue modeling is ti mely. This ESSLLI-2010 workshop aims at discussi ng formal theories and logics of information dynam ics and interaction and their applications to dial ogue and communication modeling. It is intended to bring together logicians, linguists and computer scientists in order to provide a better understand ing of the potentialities and limitations of forma l methods for the analysis of dialogue and communi cation. Its scope includes not only the technical aspects of logics, but also multidisciplinary aspe cts from linguistics, philosophy of language, phil osophy of social reality, social sciences (social psychology, economics). For more information ab out the workshop, see http://www.irit.fr/~Laure.Vi eu/Esslli10.
