Instructors are senior researchers w ho have helped to found and advance the research i n these fields, as well as junior researchers help ing to expand upon previous work and shape new dir ections of these fields. One of the strongest aspe cts of NASSLLI is an excitement about interdiscipl inary research that brings people across these fie lds together. NASSLLI 2016 will consist of a seri es of courses and workshops, among which are five featured courses taught by Johan van Benthem, Mari a Bittner, Reinhard Muskens, Uli Sattler, and Bria n Skyrms. In addition, there will be intensive tra ining on a small set of foundational topics the we ekend prior to the start of courses. Early bird r egistration deadline: April 15th, 2016.
