We look bo th at already-established work as well as the poss ible new connections that can emerge between the a reas of logic, belief revision theory, learning th eory, game theory and social science. We are par ticularly interested in the conceptual-theoretical work as well as in the applications of formal mod els to specific multi-agent scenarios in which bel ief revision plays a crucial role. In contrast to the classical single-agent approach to Belief Revi sion Theory, the new developments from the area of Logic and Game Theory make it now possible to pur sue a multi-agent perspective. Similarly, the stud y of the iterated belief revision procedures can b enefit from the work on learning strategies in For mal Learning Theory. Bringing the ideas from these different areas together allows us to put forward new theoretical work which can lead to new modeli ng techniques and offer a better understanding of puzzling social-informational phenomena (such as p luralistic ignorance, the bandwagoning effect, gro up polarization, etc.).
