Benedikt Löwe elected as member of the AIPS

Benedikt Löwe was elected as a member of the Académie Internationale de Philosophie des Sciences (AIPS). The AIPS was founded in 1947 with E.W. Beth and L.E.J. Brouwer among the founding members. Past members include P. Bernays, R. Carnap, A. Church, W. Heisenberg, C. G. Hempel, A. Heyting, S. C. Kleene, P. Lorenzen, W. Pauli, J. Piaget, K. R. Popper, W. V. O. Quine, E. Schrödinger, W. Sierpinski, T. Skolem, and C. F. von Weizsäcker. Current members include Jeremy Butterfield, Nancy Cartwright,
Noam Chomsky, Luciano Floridi, Ian Hacking, Hannes Leitgeb,
John Norton, John Searle, Elliott Sober, and Anne Troelstra.
