Amsterdam Graduate Philosophy Conference 2009: Home

The Amsterdam Graduate Philosophy Conference 2009 is organised by the Department of Philosophy and the Institute for Logic, Language, and Computation of the Universiteit van Amsterdam. The conference will be held between Thursday the 1st and Saturday the 3rd of October.

The theme this year is Meaning & Truth.

We are pleased to announce our keynote speakers:  Kathrin Glüer-Pagin (Stockholm); Alex Miller (Birmingham); Peter Pagin (Stockholm); François Recanati (Paris & St. Andrews); and Martin Stokhof (Amsterdam).

The conference will take place within two of the Universiteit van Amsterdam's most historic halls: the VOC-zaal in the Oost-Indisch Huis, and the Doelenzaal in the Universiteitsbibliotheek.

Submissions: The Call for Papers is now closed.

Time and date: The conference starts on October the 1st at  09:00. The full programme is now available here.

Location: VOC-zaal (Oost-Indisch Huis, Kloveniersburgwal 48, 1012 CX, Amsterdam) on Thursday and Friday, and Doelenzaal (Universiteitsbibliotheek, Singel 425, 1012 WP, Amsterdam) on Saturday.
