The congress has a long history and a unique character, bringing together the com munities of logicians, philosophers of logic and p hilosophers and historians of science and technolo gy. The theme of the 16th edition of the congress is "Bridging across academic cultures". We believe that the communities and societies in both logic and philosophy/history of science are often fragme nted and isolated from each other. We want to cont ribute to redressing this state of things. CLMPST 2019 calls for contributed papers and contributed symposia in 20 thematic sections within the gener al areas of 'Logic', 'General Philosophy of Scienc e' and 'Philosophical Issues of Particular Discipl ines'. For contributed papers, please submit, in E asyChair, an abstract of 500 words (including the references), prepared for anonymous review. Sympos ia are groups of talks on a common theme.
