It has been occurring since 1979. Congr egating logicians of different fields and with dif ferent backgrounds -- from undergraduate students to senior researchers -- the meeting is an importa nt moment for the Brazilian and South-American log ical community to join together and discuss recent developments of the field. The areas of Logic cov ered spread over Foundations and Philosophy of Sci ence, Analytic Philosophy, Mathematics, Computer S cience, Informatics, Linguistics and Artificial In telligence. There will be a Logic School during t he conference; speakers and subjects to be announc ed. The goal of the EBL meeting is to encourage t he dissemination and discussion of research papers in Logic in a broad sense. We cordially invite su bmissions of contributed papers on general topics of Logic. The presentation of contributed papers i n the event must fit a slot of 20 minutes of expos ition plus 10 minutes of questions and discussion. This edition of the EBL particularly welcomes abs tracts on Logic Teaching so as to stimulate the de velopment of methods and strategies of teaching an d learning Logic. The EBL 2019 is happy to host r ound table proposals with a duration of at most tw o hours. They may be divided as desired, with a ma ximum of 4 and a minimum of 3 participants per ses sion.
