DESCRIPTION:LATA is a conference series on theoret
 ical computer science and its applications. LATA 2
 019 will reserve significant room for young schola
 rs at the beginning of their career. It will aim a
 t attracting contributions from classical theory f
 ields as well as application areas.  LATA 2019 wil
 l consist of invited talks and peer-reviewed contr
 ibutions. Invited speakers: Henning Fernau (Univer
 sity of Trier), Edward A. Lee (University of Calif
 ornia, Berkeley), Vadim Lozin (University of Warwi
 ck), From Words to Graphs, and Esko Ukkonen (Unive
 rsity of Helsinki).  Authors are invited to submit
  non-anonymized papers in English presenting origi
 nal and unpublished research. Papers should not ex
 ceed 12 single-spaced pages (all included) and sho
 uld be prepared according to the standard format f
 or Springer Verlag's LNCS series. A volume of proc
 eedings published by Springer in the LNCS series w
 ill be available by the time of the conference.  A
  special issue of a major journal will be later pu
 blished containing peer-reviewed substantially ext
 ended versions of some of the papers contributed t
 o the conference. Submissions to it will be by inv
 itation.
