DESCRIPTION:The International Association for Comp
 uting and Philosophy promotes philosophical dialog
 ue and interdisciplinary research on all aspects o
 f the computational and informational turn. Coming
  to these issues from a rich variety of discipline
 s, IACAP's members have a tradition of helping to 
 shape philosophical and ethical debates about the 
 nature, development, application, and limits of co
 mputation, information technologies, and artificia
 l intelligence.  IACAP's 2019 meeting will gather 
 philosophers, mathematicians, ethicists, logicians
 , roboticists, computer scientists, and cognitive 
 scientists to explore the conference topics.  This
  year the IACAP Annual Meeting will include a spec
 ial, one-day track on research related to computin
 g and epistemic logic, with special interest in co
 ncurrency; computing systems where multiple sequen
 tial computers or microprocessors interact.  We in
 vite submissions of extended abstracts for paper p
 resentations. Submissions for paper presentation s
 hould be prepared for blind review, provide an ext
 ended abstract of 800-1200 words, and provide a sh
 ort abstract of 150-250 words suitable for inclusi
 on in a program. Submission deadline: February 15,
  2019 (regular conference) / March 24, 2019 (speci
 al track).  We also invite proposals for symposia.
