DESCRIPTION:The mission of the TARK conferences is
to bring together researchers from a wide variety
of fields, including Artificial Intelligence, Cry
ptography, Distributed Computing, Economics and Ga
me Theory, Linguistics, Philosophy, and Psychology
, in order to further our understanding of interdi
sciplinary issues involving reasoning about ration
ality and knowledge. Topics of interest: include,
but are not limited to, semantic models for knowl
edge, belief, awareness and uncertainty, bounded r
 ationality and resource-bounded reasoning, commons
ense epistemic reasoning, epistemic logic, epistem
ic game theory, knowledge and action, applications
of reasoning about knowledge and other mental sta
tes, belief revision, and foundations of multi-age
nt systems. Invited Speakers: Ingela Alger (Toulou

iversity), and Brian Hill (HEC Paris). Submission
s are now invited to TARK 2019. Strong preference

to an interdisciplinary audience, and papers shou
ld be accessible to such an audience. Papers will
be held to the usual high standards of research pu
blications. TARK reviewing is not double-blind, so
author names can be included in the submission.
