 posium on Temporal Representation and Reasoning ai
 ms to bring together researchers in the area of te
 mporal reasoning in Computer Science. TIME 2019 wi
 ll be organized as a combination of technical pape
 r presentations, keynote talks, and tutorials, enc
 ompassing three tracks (Time in Artificial Intelli
 gence, Temporal DataBases, Temporal Logic and Reas
 oning).  TIME 2019 accepts submission in PDF forma
 t, not longer than 15 pages excluding references a
 nd appendix, formatted following the LIPIcs instru
 ctions, and preferibly redacted in LaTex. Submitte
 d papers will be refereed for quality, correctness
 , originality, and relevance to the conference. Su
 bmissions to TIME 2019 must be original, and paral
 lel submissions of the same material to other conf
 erences or journals is not allowed.
