This Seco nd Workshop on INteraction-based Knowledge Sharing (WINKS-2) collocated with JOWO 2019 is aimed at r esearchers and practitioners investigating issues related to aspects of (autonomous) knowledge shari ng, where the integration of knowledge is inherent ly interaction-based, irrespective of whether the interaction is machine to machine, or human to mac hine.
\n\nGradually expanding, distributed systems heighten the need of dynamic interactive knowledge-sharing processes and ever more sophisti cated mechanisms are used to acquire and elicit kn owledge. A paradigm shift has emerged that views k nowledge creation, curation and evolution as a col laborative and interactive process between autonom ous entities. As a highly interdisciplinary worksh op, WINKS-2 invites submissions that address the f undamental issues and challenges posed by interact ion-based approaches to knowledge sharing. At the same time, we are interested in submissions that p rovide solutions for allowing knowledge sharing in teractively, with a particular focus on the proces ses, mechanisms and protocols underlying the propo sed solution.

atting guidelines. All submissions should be doubl
e-blind and will receive a minimum of two peer rev
iews.
