  Theory (SWAT) is a biennial international confere

 hms and Data Structures (WADS), intended as a foru

 WAT has been held in the five Nordic countries, bu
 t this year's conference - the 10th in the series 
 - will be held in the neighboring Baltic region, w
 hich has traditionally had a strong connection to
