Software systems are becoming more intelligent in the kind of functionality they offer users. At the same tim e, systems are becoming more decentralized, with c omponents that represent autonomous entities who m ust communicate among themselves to achieve their goals. Examples of such systems range from healthc are and emergency relief and disaster management t o e-business and smarts grids. A multiagent worldv iew is crucial to properly conceptualizing, buildi ng, and governing such systems. It offers abstract ions such as intelligent agent, protocol, norm, or ganization, trust, incentive, and so on, and is ro oted in solid computational and software engineeri ng foundations. As a large but still growing resea rch field of Computer Science, multiagent systems today remain a unique enabler of interdisciplinary research.
\nPRIMA 2019 invit es submissions of original, unpublished, theoretic al and applied work strongly relevant to multiagen t systems, including reports on the development of prototype and deployed agent systems, and of expe riments that demonstrate novel agent system capabi lities.
\n\nThe papers can be submitted as Regular Papers or Short ('early-innovation') Pape rs. All the submitted papers must be in a form sui table for double-blind review. We expect to publis h the PRIMA 2019 proceedings in Springer's Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence series (LNCS/LNA I).
