 ince the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic and th
 e mobility constraints still in place make it diff
 icult planning, the organizers believe that the mo
 st reasonable decision is to hold ECAI 2020 fully 
 online, and have announced the new Digital ECAI202
 0.  The Program Committee of the 24th European Con
 ference on Artificial Intelligence (ECAI 2020) inv
 ites the submission of papers for the technical pr
 ogramme of the Conference. High-quality original s
 ubmissions are welcome from research results and a
 pplications of all areas of AI.  Calls will also b
 e issued for workshop and tutorial proposals, as w
 ell as for contributions to PAIS 2020 (the Prestig
 ious Applications of Intelligent Systems conferenc
 e) and STAIRS 2020 (the Starting AI Researcher Sym
 posium).
