DESCRIPTION:The 22nd Amsterdam Colloquium will be 
 held on 18-20 December, 2019 to bring together lin
 guists, philosophers, logicians, cognitive scienti
 sts and computer scientists who share an interest 
 in the formal study of the semantics and pragmatic
 s of natural and formal languages.  The Amsterdam 
 Colloquium will feature two workshops: one on Sema
 ntic Universals, featuring Terry Regier (Berkeley)
  and Suzi Lima (University of Toronto); and one on
  Super Linguistics, featuring Cornelia Ebert (Berl
 in) and Gabe Greenberg (UCLA).  The regular progra
 mme will feature talks by Kathryn Davidson (Harvar
 d), Lucas Champollion (NYU), Imogen Dickie (St And
 rews) and Fabrizio Cariani (Northwestern). The Ams
 terdam Colloquium will also feature one evening le
 cture by Ian Rumfitt (Oxford), jointly organized w
 ith the E.W. Beth Foundation.  The Amsterdam Collo
 quium invites the submission of anonymous abstract
 s of at most two pages. The deadline for the submi
 ssion of abstracts is September 1, 2019. Authors w
 ill be notified of acceptance by October 20, 2019.
  Full papers (10 pages) to be included in the proc
 eedings are due on December 1, 2019. The proceedin
 gs of the Amsterdam Colloquium will be downloadabl
 e from the Amsterdam Colloquium website during the
  conference.
