DESCRIPTION:The International Conference for Philo
 sophy of Science and Formal Methods in Philosophy 
 (CoPS-FaM-19) of the Polish Association for Logic 
 and Philosophy of Science will take place on Decem
 ber 4-6, 2019 at the University of Gdansk (in coop
 eration with the University of Warsaw). The confer
 ence will feature invited and contributed talks in
 Mathematical Logic,Philosophy of Mathematics & Phi
 losophy of Science,Philosophical Logic, andFormal 
 Philosophy (including formal epistemology, formal 
 ethics, and applications of formal methods to phil
 osophical issues in general etc.).  Keynote speake
 rs: Hitoshi Omori (Ruhr-Universität Bochum), Oyste
 in Linnebo (University of Oslo), Miriam Schoenfiel
 d (MIT), Stanislav Speranski (St. Petersburg State
  University) and Katya Tentori (University of Tren
 to).  We are looking for high-quality abstracts wi
 th innovative elements, but we also will aim at di
 versity in terms of research topics and presenters
  (e.g. career stage, being part of underrepresente
 d groups, or geographical origin). Submissions fro
 m PhD candidates, early career researchers, and re
 searchers from underrepresented groups are especia
 lly welcome.
