SUMMARY:16th International Symposium on Artificial
Intelligence and Mathematics (ISAIM 2020), Fort
 Lauderdale FL, U.S.A.
DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:20200106

LOCATION:Fort Lauderdale FL, U.S.A.
DESCRIPTION:The International Symposium on Artific
ial Intelligence and Mathematics (ISAIM), is a bie
nnial meeting that fosters interactions between ma
thematics, theoretical computer science, and artif
icial intelligence. This will be the sixteenth Sym
posium in the series, sponsored by Florida Atlanti
c University and the Annals of Mathematics and Art
 ificial Intelligence. Traditionally, the Symposium
attracts participants from a variety of disciplin
es, thereby providing a unique forum for scientifi
c exchange. The three-day Symposium includes invit
ed speakers, presentations of technical papers, an
d special topic sessions. We seek submissions of
recent results with a particular emphasis on the f
oundations of AI and mathematical methods used in
AI. Papers describing applications are also encour
aged, but the focus should be on principled lesson
s learned from the development of the application.
Work that will have been published as of January
2020 should not be submitted to ISAIM unless it in
troduces a significant addition to the previously
published work. However, the ISAIM web site procee
dings are not archival, so papers submitted to ISA
IM can be under review elsewhere at the time of su
bmission and can be submitted elsewhere after ISAI
 M.
