\n\nCLA R 2020 will be held in Hangzhou, as part of the Zh ejiang Logic for AI Summit (ZJULogAI 2020). With a special focus on 'methods and tools for explainab le AI', a core objective of ZJULogAI is to present the latest developments and progress made on the crucial question of how to make AI more transparen t, trustworthy and accountable, both in China as w ell as in the rest of the world. All participants to CLAR 2020 have access to all other events of ZJ ULogAI as well.
\n\nCLAR 2020 conference h ighlights recent advances in the two fields of log ic and argumentation and promotes communication be tween researchers in logic and argumentation withi n and outside China.
\nCLAR 2 020 invites interdisciplinary contributions from l ogic, artificial intelligence, philosophy, compute r science, linguistics, law, and other areas study ing logic and formal argumentation. We invite two types of submissions: full papers (between 8 and 2 0 pages) describing original and unpublished work and extended abstracts (max 5 pages) of preliminar y original work or extended abstracts of already p ublished work, from either the field of logic or t he field of formal argumentation.
\n\nProc eedings with accepted submissions will be availabl e during the conference, and extended versions wil l be published after the conference in special iss ues of the Journal of Logic and Computation and th e Journal of Applied Logics.
