DESCRIPTION:EWSCS is a series of regional-scope in
 ternational winter schools held annually in Estoni
 a. EWSCS are organized by Institute of Cybernetics
  (IoC), a research institute of Tallinn University
  of Technology. EWSCS'06 is the eleventh event of 
 the series.    The main objective of EWSCS is to e
 xpose Estonian, Baltic, and Nordic graduate studen
 ts in computer science (but also interested studen
 ts from elsewhere) to frontline research topics us
 ually not covered within the regular curricula. Th
 e subject of the schools is general computer scien
 ce, with a bias towards theory, this comprising bo
 th algorithms, complexity and models of computatio
 n, and semantics, logic and programming theory. Th
