DESCRIPTION:CLIB covers a broad spectrum of areas 
 related to natural language processing and computa
 tional linguistics focused on but not limited to B
 ulgarian.  CLIB 2020's invited speakers will be: P
 rof. Galya Angelova (Institute of Information and 
 Communication Technologies, Bulgarian Academy of S
 ciences Assoc), Prof. Svetla Boytcheva (Institute 
 of Information and Communication Technologies, Bul
 garian Academy of Sciences) and Dr. Preslav Nakov 
 (Qatar Computing Research Institut). A special ses
 sion on wordnets and ontologies is also envisaged.
   The CLIB 2020 Organising Committee is glad to an
 nounce that the 4th International Conference on Co
 mputational Linguistics in Bulgaria will take plac
 e on 25 and 26 June 2020. There will be two modes 
 of attendance: in person or online. The dates were
  selected in accordance with the latest regulation
 s issued by the Minister of Health of the Republic
  of Bulgaria, allowing conferences to be held in c
 ompliance with the imposed anti-epidemic measures.
   CLIB invites contributions on original research,
  including, but not limited to the following topic
 s: semantics, syntax, grammar and the lexicon; cog
 nitive, mathematical and computational models of l
 anguage processing; lexical semantics and ontologi
 es; linguistic annotation; word sense disambiguati
 on; MWE recognition; information extraction; text 
 analysis and summarisation; NLP methods and applic
 ations; corpus linguistics; multilingual processin
 g and applications, machine translation and transl
 ation aids.  There will be two categories of resea
 rch papers: oral and poster presentations. All acc
 epted papers will be included in the Conference pr
 oceedings.
