DESCRIPTION:This is the 14th in a series of bi-ann
 ual conferences on the applications of logical met
 hods to foundational issues in the theory of indiv
 idual and interactive decision-making.  Among the 
 topics of particular relevance are:   - Modal logi
 cs for games and protocols   - Foundations of game
  and decision theory   - Learning and information-
 processing models   - Bounded rationality approach
 es to game and decision theory.  The three-day con
 ference will give opportunity for paper presentati
 ons and discussions. Potential contributors should
  submit an extended abstract of approximately 5 - 
 10 pages in PDF format. Preference is given to pap
 ers which bring together the work and problems of 
 several fields, such as game and decision theory, 
 logic, computer science and artificial intelligenc
 e, philosophy, cognitive psychology, mathematics a
 nd mind sciences. Papers that have appeared in pri
 nt, or are likely to appear in print before the co
 nference, should not be submitted for presentation
  at LOFT.
