This includes (but is certainly not limit ed to) approaches that have been called simplified language, plain language, formalized language, pr ocessable language, fragments of language, phraseo logies, conceptual authoring, language generation, and guided natural language interfaces. Some CNL s are designed to improve communication among huma ns, especially for non-native speakers of the resp ective natural language. In other cases, the restr ictions on the language are supposed to make it ea sier for computers to analyze such texts in order to improve computer-aided, semi-automatic, or auto matic translations into other languages. A third g roup of CNL has the goal to enable reliable automa ted reasoning and formal knowledge representation from seemingly natural texts. All these types of C NL are covered by this workshop. Due to Covid-19, the workshop is postponed to 2021! We invite res earchers to submit papers with novel contributions in the area of CNL. Papers should be formatted in two-column ACL style and should not exceed 8 page s. Submission should be done via EasyChair here: h ttps://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cnl2020. Ac cepted papers will be published in the ACL Antholo gy. X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:
