 nowledge Engineering and Knowledge Management conc
 erns all aspects of eliciting, acquiring, modeling
  and managing knowledge, and the role of knowledge
  in the construction of systems and services for t
 he semantic web, knowledge management, e-business,
  natural language processing, intelligent informat
 ion integration, and so on.  The special theme of 
 EKAW 2020 is "Ethical and Trustworthy Knowledge En
 gineering". While recent reported breaches relate 
 predominantly to machine learning systems, it is n
 ot impossible to envision ethical breaches in know
 ledge engineering more broadly and, conversely, de
 vise methods and techniques to ensure no or minima
 l harm in knowledge acquisition, modelling, and kn
 owledge-driven information systems. EKAW 2020 will
  put a special emphasis on the importance of Knowl
 edge Engineering and Knowledge Management to keep 
 fostering trustworthy systems.  There will be two 
 workshops at EKAW 2020: the 5th International Work
 shop on Ontology Modularity, Contextuality, and Ev
 olution (WOMoCoE), and the Workshop on Scalable Kn
 owledge Graph Engineering (SKALE).
