DESCRIPTION:LATA is a conference series on theoret
 ical computer science and its applications. LATA 2
 020 & 2021 will consist of invited talks and peer-
 reviewed contributions, and reserve significant ro
 om for young scholars at the beginning of their ca
 reer. It will aim at attracting contributions from
  classical theory fields as well as application ar
 eas.  LATA 2020 & 2021 will merge the scheduled pr
 ogram for LATA 2020, which could not take place be
 cause of the Covid-19 crisis, with a new series of
  papers submitted on this occasion.  Keynote speak
 ers: Eric Allender (Rutgers University),  Laure Da
 viaud (City, University of London), Christoph Haas
 e (University College London), Artur Jeż (Universi
 ty of Wrocław), Jean-Éric Pin (CNRS), and Thomas P
 lace (University of Bordeaux).  Authors are invite
 d to submit non-anonymized papers in English prese
 nting original and unpublished research. Papers sh
 ould not exceed 12 single-spaced pages (all includ
 ed) and should be prepared according to the standa
 rd format for Springer Verlag's LNCS series. If ne
 cessary, exceptionally authors are allowed to prov
 ide missing proofs in a clearly marked appendix.
