DESCRIPTION:The International Conference on Logic,
  Rationality and Interaction (LORI) conference ser
 ies aims at bringing together researchers working 
 on a wide variety of logic-related fields that con
 cern the understanding of rationality and interact
 ion. The series aims at fostering a view of Logic 
 as an interdisciplinary endeavor, and supports the
  creation of an East-Asian community of interdisci
 plinary researchers.  We invite submission of cont
 ributed papers on any of the broad themes of the L
 ORI series. Submitted papers should be at most 12 
 pages long, with one additional page for reference
 s, in PDF format following the Springer LNCS style
 . Submission is via the EasyChair for LORI-VIII. A
 ccepted papers will be collected as a volume in th
 e FoLLi series on Logic, Language and Information,
  and extended versions of some will later be consi
 dered for publication in a special issue of a jour
 nal (to be announced). A best student paper award 
 will be given at the conference.
