DESCRIPTION:The aim of JELIA 2021 is to bring toge
 ther active researchers interested in all aspects 
 concerning the use of logics in Artificial Intelli
 gence to discuss current research, results, proble
 ms, and applications of both theoretical and pract
 ical nature. JELIA strives to foster links and fac
 ilitate cross-fertilisation of ideas among researc
 hers from various disciplines, among researchers f
 rom academia and industry, and between theoreticia
 ns and practitioners.  JELIA 2021 will be held in 
 Klagenfurt, Austria, from May 17th to May 20th, 20
 21, circumstances permitting. The conference could
  also be held in a hybrid (physical presence and o
 nline) or online-only mode, depending on the devel
 opment of the Covid-19 pandemic.     The Program C
 ommittee invites the submission of technical paper
 s for the conference. Authors are invited to submi
 t papers presenting original and unpublished resea
 rch in all areas related to the use of logics in A
 rtificial Intelligence.  JELIA 2021 welcomes submi
 ssions of long or short papers in the following ca
 tegories: Regular papers (containing original rese
 arch, not previously published or submitted for pu
 blication elsewhere), and System/Application descr
 iptions (describing an implemented system/applicat
 ion and its application areas). Submissions must b
 e formatted according to the standard Springer LNC
 S style, and are not anonymous. JELIA 2021 is happ
 y to announce that there will be Best Paper and Be
 st Student Paper Prizes sponsored by Springer.
