ation & Application of Automata (CIAA 2021), Virtu
 al

LOCATION:Virtual
DESCRIPTION:The CIAA conferences concern research
on all aspects of implementation and application o
f automata and related structures, including theor
etical aspects. Automata theory is the foundation
of computer science. Its applications have spread
to almost all areas of computer science and many o
ther disciplines. The purpose of these conferences
is to bring together members of the academic, res
earch and industrial community who have an interes
t in implementation and application of automata to
demonstrate and analyze their work and to explain
the problems they have been solving. Note: Remot
e attendance will be possible, regardless of wheth
er or not there will be a physical meeting. Origi
nal papers are sought in all areas that relate to
implementation and application of automata. Submis
sions must be written in LaTeX using the LNCS styl
e and must not exceed 12 pages, bibliography inclu
ded. Simultaneous submissions of papers to journal
s or any other conference with published proceedin
gs, or submitting previously published papers is n
ot allowed. The proceedings will be published in th
e Springer LNCS series and will be available at th
e conference. A "Best Paper Award," since 2014 cal
led "Sheng Yu Award" will be presented to the auth
or(s) of the paper judged to be the best on the ba
 sis of the referee reports.
