 ach paper will be reviewed at least by three revie
 wers and review process will be single-blind. The 
 proceedings will be published in the Springer Lect
 ure Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) Series. Simul
 taneous submission to journals or other conference
 s with published proceedings is not allowed. Submi
 tted papers should not exceed 12 pages and should 
 follow the LNCS-style.
