DESCRIPTION:The LMP Graduate Student Conference wi
 ll bring together philosophers of logic, mathemati
 cs, and physics for two days of presentations and 
 discussions with some of the leaders in these fiel
 ds. We are pleased to announce our keynote speaker
  this year is James Owen Weatherall from the Unive
 rsity of California, Irvine.  Graduate students wh
 o have not yet defended their PhD thesis are invit
 ed to submit papers on any topic in philosophy of 
 logic, philosophy of mathematics, and philosophy o
 f physics. Papers in philosophy of physics will be
  considered for the Annual Clifton Memorial book p
 rize. The contest will be adjudicated by philosoph
 y of physics faculty members at Western. The maxim
 um paper length is 5,000 words, including footnote
 s and appendices (but not references). Co-authored
  papers are not eligible for submission.
