DESCRIPTION:Logics and strategic reasoning play a 
 central role in multi-agent systems. Logics can be
  used, for instance, to express the agents' abilit
 ies, knowledge, and objectives. Strategic reasonin
 g refers to algorithmic methods that allow for dev
 eloping good behavior for the agents of the system
 . At the intersection, we find logics that can exp
 ress existence of strategies or equilibria, and ca
 n be used to reason about them.  The LAMAS&SR work
 shop merges two international workshops: LAMAS, wh
 ich focuses on all kinds of logical aspects of mul
 ti-agent systems from the perspectives of artifici
 al intelligence, computer science, and game theory
 , and SR, devoted to all aspects of strategic reas
 oning in formal methods and artificial intelligenc
 e. Over the years the communities and research the
 mes of both workshops got closer and closer. LAMAS
 &SR unifies LAMAS and SR under the same flag, form
 ally joining the two communities in order to expos
 e each of them to a wider range of work relevant t
 o their research.  LAMAS&SR 2021 will be held with
  AAMAS 2021 Online.  Authors are invited to submit
  extended abstracts of 2 pages plus 1 page for ref
 erences in the AAMAS format. Both published and un
 published works are welcome. Submissions are subje
 ct to a single-blind review process (submissions s
 hould not be anonymous).  There will be no formal 
 proceedings, but accepted extended abstracts will 
 be made available on the workshop's website. We en
 visage that extensions of selected papers will be 
 invited to a journal.
