SUMMARY:Special Session on Computational Linguisti
cs, Information, Reasoning, and AI 2021 (CompLingI
nfoReasAI'21) at DCAI'21, Salamanca, Spain and Onl
 ine
DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:20211006

LOCATION:Salamanca, Spain and Online
DESCRIPTION:Computational and technological develo
pments that incorporate natural language and reaso
ning methods are proliferating. Adequate coverage
encounters difficult problems related to partialit
y, underspecification, agents, and context depende
ncy, which are signature features of information i
n nature, natural languages, and reasoning. The s
ession covers theoretical work, applications, appr
oaches, and techniques for computational models of
information, language (artificial, human, or natu
ral in other ways), reasoning. The goal is to prom
ote computational systems and related models of th
ought, mental states, reasoning, and other cogniti
ve processes. We invite contributions relevant to
the session topics, without being limited to them
, across approaches, methods, theories, implementa
tions, and applications. The papers must consist o
f original, relevant and previously unpublished so
und research results related to any of the topics
of the Special Session CompLingInfoReasAI'21. DCA
I Special Session papers must be formatted accordi
ng to the Springer AISC Template, with a maximum l
ength of 10 pages in length, including figures and
references. All proposed papers must be submitted
in electronic form (PDF format) using the Paper S
ubmission Page. Accepted papers will be included
in DCAI Proceedings. At least one of the authors w
ill be required to register and attend the symposi
um to present the paper in order to include the pa
per in the conference proceedings. All accepted pa
pers will be published by Advances in Intelligent
Systems and Computing series of Springer Verlag.
