DESCRIPTION:The Rally is a conference intended mai
 nly for YOUNG PEOPLE - undergraduate, postgraduate
 , and PhD students - who are interested in PHILOSO
 PHY, LOGIC, cognitive science, artificial intellig
 ence, or linguistics, and are considering an acade
 mic career. The program of the Rally will include 
 reported paper presentations as well as WORKSHOPS,
  DEBATES, and LECTURES of invited speakers (i.e. D
 iderik Batens, Theo Kuipers, Jaroslav Peregrin, Le
 slie Stevenson from outside of Poland, and Stanisl
 aw Judycki, Katarzyna Paprzycka, Andrzej Wisniewsk
 i, Maciej Witek, Ryszard Wojcicki, Krzysztof Wojto
 wicz from Poland). In this way, young conference p
 articipants will be able not only to present the r
 esults of their own work, but also to acquaint the
 mselves with research methods of well-known and re
 spected philosophers and logicans.    Deadline for
  sending applications, lecture papers and announce
