DESCRIPTION:UNESCO proclaimed 14 January to be Wor
 ld Logic Day, a global day of supporting the devel
 opment of logic through teaching and research, as 
 well as to public dissemination of the discipline.
   The coordination of World Logic Day 2021 is --fo
 r the second time-- in the hands of the Conseil In
 ternational de Philosophie et des Sciences Humaine
 s (CIPSH) and its member organization, the DLMPST/
 IUHPST.  We would like to encourage logicians all 
 around the world to organize (possibly small) even
 ts in close proximity to 14 January 2022 to celebr
 ate this day. It is impossible to predict what typ
 e of meeting will be possible in January 2022 and 
 what the international travel situation will be. A
 s a consequence, we should like to ask all organis
 ers to weigh pros and cons of planning in person e
 vents, purely online events, or hybrid events befo
 re making an announcement. Note that online and hy
 brid events have the advantage of allowing easy ac
 cess of people from around the world. Registered e
 vents will be listed on the CIPSH website.
