SUMMARY:2nd ENCODE Workshop: Logic & Deliberation,
  Rotterdam (The Netherlands) or Virtual
DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:20211026
DTEND;VALUE=DATE:20211027
LOCATION:Rotterdam (The Netherlands) or Virtual
DESCRIPTION:The ENCODE workshops are organized bi-
annually at the EIPE/ESPhil (Erasmus University of
Rotterdam), as part of the NWO-funded project ENC
ODE: Explicating Norms of Collective Deliberation.
In this workshop we welcome all presentations on
original contributions in philosophical logic and
formal philosophy more generally that are relevant
for the study of deliberative, multi-agent decisi
on processes and procedures. In contemporary democ
ratic theory and political science, the importance
of group deliberation is stressed over and again.
But what exact form should such deliberation take
, and what can we expect from it? Keynote Speaker
s: Natacha Alechina (Utrecht), Zoé Christoff (Gron
ingen), Dominik Klein (Utrecht) and Hannes Leitgeb
  ((Munich).
