Computati onal and technological developments that incorpora te natural language are proliferating. Adequate co verage encounters difficult problems related to pa rtiality, underspecification, and context-dependen cy, which are signature features of information in nature and natural languages. Furthermore, agents (humans or computational systems) are information conveyors, interpreters, or participate as compon ents of informational content. Generally, language processing depends on agents' knowledge, reasonin g, perspectives, and interactions.
\n\nThe session covers theoretical work, applications, ap proaches, and techniques for computational models of information and its presentation by language (a rtificial, human, or natural in other ways). The g oal is to promote computational systems of intelli gent natural language processing and related model s of thought, mental states, reasoning, and other cognitive processes.
\nProspective authors are invited to submit pap ers in any of the conference topics. Guidelines an d instructions for preparing the manuscript (in Wo rd and Latex formats) are available at the confern ce website. Papers must be submi tted electronically via the web-based submission s ystem.
\n\nAll accepted papers will be published in a special sec tion of the conference proceedings book - under an ISBN reference and on digital support and be made available at the SC ITEPRESS Digital Library. We exp ect a Special Issue with extended publications bas ed on selected papers presented at NLPinAI 2022 at ICAART 2022.
