DESCRIPTION:This is the 14th in a series of bi-ann
 ual conferences on the applications of logical met
 hods to foundational issues in the theory of indiv
 idual and interactive decision-making. Preference 
 is given to papers which bring together the work a
 nd problems of several fields, such as game and de
 cision theory, logic, computer science and artific
 ial intelligence, philosophy, cognitive psychology
 , mathematics and mind sciences.  The three-day co
 nference will give opportunity for paper presentat
 ions and discussions. Potential contributors shoul
 d submit an extended abstract of approximately 5 -
  10 pages in PDF format. Preference is given to pa
 pers which bring together the work and problems of
  several fields, such as game and decision theory,
  logic, computer science and artificial intelligen
 ce, philosophy, cognitive psychology, mathematics 
 and mind sciences. Papers that have appeared in pr
 int, or are likely to appear in print before the c
