NMR is th e premier forum for results in the area of nonmono tonic reasoning. Its aim is to bring together acti ve researchers in this broad field within knowledg e representation and reasoning (KRR), including be lief revision, uncertain reasoning, reasoning abou t actions, planning, logic programming, preference s, deontic reasoning, argumentation, causality, an d many other related topics including systems and applications.
\nNMR 2022 is part of the Federated Logic Conference (FLoC 2022). As in previous editions, NMR 2022 aims to foster connect ions between the different subareas of nonmonotoni c reasoning and provide a forum for emerging topic s. Workshop activities will include invited talks and presentations of technical papers. The worksho p will be structured by topical sessions fitting t o the scopes of accepted papers.
\nPapers should be at most 10 pages in KR style including references , figures, and appendices, if any. Papers mu st be submitted via Easychair in PDF only. We espe cially invite papers on systems and applications, as well as position papers and papers addressing b enchmark issues. Papers already published or accep ted for publication at other conferences are also welcome, provided that the original publication is mentioned in a footnote on the first page and the submission at NMR falls within the authors; righ ts. In the same vein, papers under review for othe r conferences can be submitted with a similar indi cation on their front page.
