DESCRIPTION:The Women in Logic workshop (WiL) prov
 ides an opportunity to increase awareness of the v
 aluable contributions made by women in the area of
  logic in computer science. Its main purpose is to
  promote the excellent research done by women, wit
 h the ultimate goal of increasing their visibility
  and representation in the community. Women in Log
 ic 2022 is a satellite event of the 8th Federated 
 Logic Conference (FLoC 2022).  Our aim is to:  - p
 rovide a platform for female researchers to share 
 their work and achievements;  - increase the feeli
 ngs of community and belonging, especially among j
 unior faculty, post-docs and students through posi
 tive interactions with peers and more established 
 faculty;  - establish new connections and collabor
 ations;  - foster a welcoming culture of mutual su
 pport and growth within the logic research communi
 ty.  We believe these aspects will benefit women w
 orking in logic and computer science, particularly
  early-career researchers.  Invited speakers: Phil
 ippa Gardner (Imperial College London) and Delia K
 esner (IRIF - Université de Paris)
