DESCRIPTION:ICTAC is an International Colloquium o
 n Theoretical Aspects of Computing created by the 
 International Institute for Software Technology of
  the United Nations University (UNU-IIST). The aim
  of the colloquium is to bring together practition
 ers and researchers from academia, industry and go
 vernment to present research results, and exchange
  experience, ideas, and solutions for their proble
 ms in theoretical aspects of computing. Beyond the
 se scholarly goals, another main purpose of the co
 nference is to promote cooperation in research and
  education between participants and their institut
 ions, from developing and industrial countries, as
  in the mandate of the United Nations University. 
   ICTAC comprises a School (13-17 November) and a 
 Conference (20-24 November). Deadline for applicat
