DESCRIPTION:The 13th International Symposium on Al
 gorithms and Complexity is planned to take place f
 rom 13 June to 16 June 2023 in Batumi, Georgia. It
  will follow the recent, very successful editions 
 of CIAC 2021 in Larnaca, Cyprus, CIAC 2019 in Rome
 , Italy, CIAC 2017 in Athens, Greece, CIAC 2015 in
  Paris, France and CIAC 2013 in Barcelona, Spain. 
  Invited speakers (confirmed): Friedhelm Meyer auf
  der Heide (University of Paderborn, Germany), Giu
 seppe Persiano (University of Salerno, Italy), and
  Paul Spirakis (University of Liverpool, UK and CT
 I, Greece).  Authors are invited to submit papers 
 presenting original and unpublished research on al
 gorithms and complexity.  Authors are invited to s
 ubmit an extended abstract or full paper with at m
 ost 15 pages, excluding the title page and the ref
 erences. The paper should contain a succinct state
 ment of the issues and their motivation a summary 
 of the results, a brief explanation of their signi
 ficance and a comparison to related work, accessib
 le to non-specialists. Proofs omitted due to space
  constraints must be put into an appendix, to be r
 ead by the PC members at their discretion.  Submis
 sions will be through EasyChair. The usage of the 
 LNCS style file is mandatory.  Simultaneous submis
 sion to other conferences with published proceedin
 gs or to journals is not allowed.
