The 7th I nternational Joint Conference on Rules and Reasoni ng (RuleML+RR 2023) is the leading international j oint conference in the field of rule-based reasoni ng. One of the main goals of RuleML+RR is to build bridges between academia and industry in the area of semantic reasoning.
\nThe RuleML+RR 20 23 conference is part of the event “Declarative AI : Rules, Reasoning, Decisions, and Explanations” a nd is co-located with DecisionCAMP 2023 and the Re asoning Web Summer School. It features the RuleCha llenge and a Doctoral Consortium as associated eve nts.
\nWe are looking for hig h-quality papers related to theoretical advances, novel technologies, and artificial intelligence ap plications that involve rule-based representation and reasoning.

Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that ha ve been published or that are simultaneously submi tted to a journal or a conference/workshop with fo rmal proceedings. Double submission to a workshop with informal proceedings is allowed. Papers put o n arXiv are also allowed as long as they are not r efereed (i.e., formally reviewed by peers).
