DESCRIPTION:The Pacific Rim International Conferen
 ce on Artificial Intelligence (PRICAI) is an annua
 l international event which concentrates on AI the
 ories, technologies and their applications in the 
 areas of scientific, social, and economic importan
 ce for countries in the Pacific Rim. The 20th PRIC
 AI (2023) will be held as a hybrid conference with
  both physical and online options in Jakarta, Indo
 nesia. PRICAI-2023 aims to bring together research
 ers, practitioners, educators and users in AI and 
 related communities for in-depth intellectual exch
 anges, research cooperation and professional devel
 opment.  The Program Committee invites technical p
 apers on substantial, original, and unpublished re
 search in all aspects of Artificial Intelligence. 
 Presenters of the accepted papers are highly recom
 mended to attend the conference physically.  PRICA
 I-2023 will feature an AI Impact track, and invite
 s researchers, developers, entrepreneurs, emerging
  startups and organisations that focus on AI solut
 ions for real world products and services, to shar
 e experiences and insights with academic experts a
 nd other industry focused researchers. Short paper
 s may consist of up to 4 pages of content, plus un
 limited references and appendix. Accepted papers w
 ill be included in the PRICAI-2023 AI Impact Proce
