DESCRIPTION:Computational Linguistics in Bulgaria 
 (CLIB) is an international conference that aims at
  exploring novel approaches and methods in computa
 tional linguistics and natural language processing
  (NLP), especially with a view to their applicatio
 n to small and less-resourced languages such as Bu
 lgarian and the bridging of the discrepancies betw
 een big and small languages with respect to langua
 ge technologies.  CLIB invites contributions on or
 iginal research, both long and short papers. Long 
 papers must describe substantial, original, comple
 ted, and unpublished work. Long papers may consist
  of up to eight (8) pages of content.  Short paper
  submissions must describe original and unpublishe
 d work dealing with a small, focused contribution.
  Short papers may consist of up to four (4) pages.
  In order to encourage talented young researchers,
  the best paper with a Master/PhD student among th
 e authors and presenting the work at the conferenc
 e will be awarded a small prize and a diploma. CLI
 B 2024 also solicits submissions presenting projec
 t reports, new data resources, system demonstratio
 ns, position papers.
