SUMMARY:DCAI Special Session on Computational Ling
 uistics/ Information/ Reasoning/ and AI (CLIRAI),
 Salamanca, Spain
DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:20240626
DTEND;VALUE=DATE:20240628
LOCATION:Salamanca, Spain
DESCRIPTION:Computational and technological develo
pments that incorporate natural language and reaso
ning methods are proliferating. Adequate coverage
encounters difficult problems related to the pheno
 mena of partiality, underspecification, perspectiv
es of agents, and context dependency. These phenom
ena are signature features of information in natur
e, natural languages, and reasoning. The session
 covers theoretical work, applications, approaches,
and techniques for computational models of inform
ation, language (artificial, human, or natural in
other ways), reasoning. The goal is to promote com
putational systems and related models of language,
thought, reasoning, and other related processes.
We invite contributions relevant to the session t
opics, without being limited to them, across appro
aches, methods, theories, implementations, and app
lications. The papers must consist of original, re
levant, and previously unpublished, sound research
results related to any of the topics of the Speci
al Session CLIRAI. DCAI Special Session papers mu
st be formatted according to the Template of Lectu
re Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS), Springer,
with a maximum length of 10 pages in length, incl
uding figures and references. All accepted, regist
ered, and presented papers will be published by th
e series Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LN
NS), Springer. At least one of the authors of an a
ccepted paper will be required to register and att
end the symposium to present the paper in order to
include it in the conference proceedings.
