NMR is th e premier forum for results in the area of nonmono tonic reasoning. Its aim is to bring together acti ve researchers in this broad field within knowledg e representation and reasoning (KRR), including be lief revision, uncertain reasoning, reasoning abou t actions, planning, logic programming, preference s, deontic reasoning, argumentation, causality, an d many other related topics including systems and applications (see NMR page, https://nmr.cs.t u-dortmund.de).
\nNMR 2024 is co-locat ed with the 21th International Conference on Princ iples of Knowledge Representation and Reasoning (< a href="https://kr.org/KR2024/">KR2024). As in previous editions, NMR 2024 aims to foster connec tions between the different subareas of nonmonoton ic reasoning and provide a forum for emerging topi cs. We especially invite papers on systems and app lications, as well as position papers and papers a ddressing benchmark issues. The workshop will be s tructured by topical sessions fitting to the scope s of accepted papers.

are two types of submissions:

s: should be at most 10 pages including references
, figures and appendices, if any.
\n - Extende
d Abstracts:should be at most 3 pages (excluding r
eferences and acknowledgements). The abstracts sho
uld introduce work that has recently been publishe
d or is under review, or ongoing research at an ad
vanced stage.
Papers already published, accepted for publication or under review at other conferences are also welcome. Submitting already p ublished material may require a permission by the copyright holder.
