SUMMARY:The 22nd International Workshop on Nonmono
 tonic Reasoning (NMR24), Hanoi, Vietnam
DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:20241102
DTEND;VALUE=DATE:20241104
LOCATION:Hanoi, Vietnam
DESCRIPTION:NMR is the premier forum for results i
n the area of nonmonotonic reasoning. Its aim is t
o bring together active researchers in this broad
field within knowledge representation and reasonin
g (KRR), including belief revision, uncertain reas
oning, reasoning about actions, planning, logic pr
 ogramming, preferences, deontic reasoning, argumen
tation, causality, and many other related topics i
ncluding systems and applications (see NMR page, h
 ttps://nmr.cs.tu-dortmund.de). NMR 2024 is co-loc
ated with the 21th International Conference on Pri
nciples of Knowledge Representation and Reasoning
(KR2024). As in previous editions, NMR 2024 aims t
o foster connections between the different subarea
s of nonmonotonic reasoning and provide a forum fo
r emerging topics. We especially invite papers on
systems and applications, as well as position pape
rs and papers addressing benchmark issues. The wor

ng to the scopes of accepted papers. There are tw
o types of submissions: - Full papers: should be
at most 10 pages including references, figures and
appendices, if any. - Extended Abstracts:should
be at most 3 pages (excluding references and ackno

that has recently been published or is under revie
w, or ongoing research at an advanced stage. Pape
rs already published, accepted for publication or
under review at other conferences are also welcome
. Submitting already published material may requir
