DESCRIPTION:The event The Syntax and Semantics of 
 Formalisations in Philosophy aims to explore the r
 elationship between formal methods and philosophic
 al inquiry, focusing on the challenges, debates, a
 nd implications of formalising philosophical conce
 pts.  The conference will feature four keynote tal
 ks and eight contributed presentations mainly acro
 ss three main topics: 1. The Feasibility and Chall
 enges of Formalising Philosophy, 2. Pros and Cons 
 of Using Formalisations in Philosophy, and 3. Conc
 eptual Pluralism and Choosing the Right Formalisat
 ion.  We welcome contributions that provide origin
 al insights into these and related topics. Histori
 cal approaches or comparative studies across diffe
 rent philosophical schools are also encouraged. We
  invite abstracts of up to 500 words, excluding re
 ferences, which should clearly present the main ar
 gument and its relevance to the conference topics.
  Submissions will undergo a blind peer-review proc
 ess.We warmly invite submissions from scholars fro
 m underrepresented and minority groups in philosop
 hy.
