SUMMARY:European Conference on Object-Oriented Pro
 gramming (ECOOP 2025), Bergen, Norway
DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:20250630
DTEND;VALUE=DATE:20250704
LOCATION:Bergen, Norway
DESCRIPTION:ECOOP is Europe’s longest-standing ann
ual Programming Languages conference, bringing tog
ether researchers, practitioners, and students to
share their ideas and experiences in all topics re
lated to programming languages, software developme
nt, systems and applications. ECOOP welcomes high
quality research papers relating to these fields i
n a broad sense. ECOOP was originally focused on o
bject orientation, but now includes all practical
and theoretical investigations of programming lang
uages, systems and environments. ECOOP solicits in
novative solutions to real problems as well as eva
luations of existing solutions. Submissions will
be done through HotCRP but are not yet open at the
time of this writing. Authors are asked to pick o
ne of the following paper categories: Research, Re
plication Experience, or Pearls/Brave New Ideas. S
ubmission must not have been published, or have ma
jor overlap with previous work. ECOOP uses double-
anonymous reviewing. Each paper will be evaluated
based on the following criteria: Soundness, Signif
icance and Presentation. There is no page limit on
submissions, but authors must understand that rev
iewers have a fixed time budget for each paper, so
the length of the feedback is likely to be unaffe
cted by length. Brevity is a virtue.
