DESCRIPTION: The 28th International Conference of 
 Text, Speech and Dialogue (TSD2025) will explore t
 he topics in the field of speech and natural langu
 age processing, in particular:   - corpora, texts,
  transcription, and translation;   - speech analys
 is, recognition, and synthesis;   - their intertwi
 ning within dialogue systems.  This event continue
 s the tradition of the TSD series, which started i
 n 1998 and has become a prime forum for interactio
 n between researchers in computer processing of bo
 th spoken and written language from all over the w
 orld.  The conference program will include Invited
  Papers, Oral Presentations, and Poster/Demonstrat
 ion Sessions. The conference is planned as an on-s
 ite event. The conference will offer a rich social
  programme.  Authors are invited to submit full pa
 pers of up to 12 pages (including references) in t
 he LNCS format. Authors are also encouraged to pre
 sent practical demonstrations of software, project
 s, or interesting material relevant to the confere
 nce topics. Demonstration abstracts of up to one p
 age will not appear in the proceedings.  Papers wi
 ll be presented in topic-oriented sessions. The of
 ficial language of TSD 2025 is English. However, p
 apers dealing with text and speech proces sing in 
 linguistic environments other than English are str
 ongly encouraged (as long as they are written in E
 nglish).  Papers must not be under review by any o
 ther conference or publication during the TSD revi
 ew cycle, and they must not be previously publishe
 d or accepted for publication elsewhere.
